This website offers traffic to your opt-in page along with guaranteed sign-ups for your list. They place everyone’s link in a rotator. I purchased the $21 package for unlimited USA sign-ups for 45 days. Didn’t receive a lot of sign-ups. I’m not sure how they get their traffic to the rotator. There were a few that did verify their email. The traffic looks good for the price. Just really slow.

Traffic Stats: Total = 31 Unique = 26 Real = 28 Opt-ins = 19 77%
Opt-ins that verified their email = 25%
No sales. About $1.00 per opt-in.
